MELEDAK! SKANDAL KONTRAKTOR DI BALI — UPAH BURUH DIDUGA “DITELAN” CV BALI BARAINDO SARANA DISOROT, IZIN TERANCAM DIBEKUKAN!

Share

Pasal 378 KUHP (Penipuan) — ancaman hingga 4 tahun penjara

Pasal 372 KUHP (Penggelapan) — ancaman hingga 4 tahun penjara

UU Ketenagakerjaan & PP Pengupahan — pelanggaran hak dasar pekerja

Publik kini menunggu langkah tegas.

SEGERA BEKUKAN IZIN USAHA jika terbukti melanggar

Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) DIDESAK:

Jangan menunggu viral — SEGERA PROSES HUKUM

Panggil dan periksa pihak yang bertanggung jawab

Tetapkan langkah hukum jika ditemukan unsur pidana

Jangan tunggu korban berikutnya.

Bertindak sekarang — atau hukum dianggap mati!(Red)

EXPLOSIVE! CONTRACTOR SCANDAL IN BALI — WORKERS’ WAGES ALLEGEDLY “SWALLOWED”

CV BALI BARAINDO SARANA UNDER FIRE, LICENSE FACES SUSPENSION!

Bali — Tuesday, April 14, 2026

The stench of alleged dirty practices has resurfaced, this time dragging a contractor in the Island of the Gods into the spotlight. Public attention is sharply focused on CV Bali Baraindo Sarana, headquartered in the Jimbaran area, South Kuta.

The case emerged after a worker from East Java, Suniman, claimed he became a victim of alleged non-payment after completing a swimming pool construction project in Perdana Housing, Benoa, South Kuta, Badung.

Suniman, along with six colleagues, came to Bali to earn a living. They were introduced by a man named Sigit to the company and were then directed to work under the control of a director identified by the initial “J.”

The agreed payment for the work was Rp24,000,000. The workers stated they worked tirelessly, even overtime into the night, to complete the project within 28 days.

However, a bitter reality emerged at the end of the job.

Out of the total amount, only Rp8,500,000 was paid through a cash advance system. The remaining Rp15,500,000 has never been paid. Worse still, the responsible party has allegedly disappeared and cannot be contacted.

“At first, I trusted them. There was no written agreement. But it turns out I feel deceived,” said Suniman in disappointment.

THIS IS NO LONGER A DISPUTE — THIS IS A SUSPECTED CRIMINAL CASE!

If proven true, this case could fall under serious criminal offenses:

Article 378 of the Criminal Code (Fraud) — punishable by up to 4 years imprisonment

Article 372 of the Criminal Code (Embezzlement) — punishable by up to 4 years imprisonment

Labor Law & Wage Regulations — violations of fundamental workers’ rights

The fact that the workers completed the job but did not receive their rightful payment strongly indicates intentional misconduct and abuse of trust.

The public is now awaiting firm action. If left unchecked, this could set a dangerous precedent for the labor sector in Bali.

Relevant authorities are WARNED to:

Conduct immediate investigation and comprehensive audit

Examine the legality of the project and the company’s work practices

IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND BUSINESS LICENSES if violations are proven

Law enforcement officials are URGED to:

Not wait for the case to go viral — TAKE LEGAL ACTION NOW

Summon and investigate those responsible

Proceed with legal measures if criminal elements are found

An activist from Laskar Bali spoke out angrily:

“If this is true, this is a crime against small workers! They came here to work, not to be deceived. If there is no resolution, we are ready to escort this case through legal channels!”

This case serves as a loud alarm for local government and authorities.

If practices like this are allowed to continue:

Trust in the business sector will collapse

Worker exploitation will persist

Bali’s image will be tarnished—not by tourism, but by injustice

Do not wait for the next victim.

Act now — or the law will be seen as dead! (Red)
